The short version
You have 7 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we will make it right.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Message us straight away with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you.
What cannot be returned?
Opened supplements. This is for the safety of every customer, so we cannot take back a product once the seal is broken.
